Born and raised in Sicily, Marco learned his grandmother Nonna Pina's recipe at her side. He later moved to the United States, where he built his career as a master chef and restaurateur — but he never modernized her recipe. His role is to protect its integrity as it reaches more homes than Nonna Pina could have imagined.
"This isn't my recipe to change. It's my job to protect it."
